Refund Policy At Brown Shield Insurance Agency, LLC,

We want to ensure clarity regarding our refund process. All premium refunds will be issued directly from the insurance carrier that holds the policy on a pro rata basis. Please note that broker fees are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of payment without exception. Additionally Brown Shield Insurance Agency, LLC reserves the right to determine the acceptability of any refund request regarding the broker fee. All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for initial payment. Thank you for your understanding.
